Bargaining kicked off Thursday 27 August 2026 and is on a fortnightly rotation. Four meetings in, Professional Staff and joint issues are firmly on the agenda and the CPSU NSW bargaining team are making sure your voice is heard.
What are we fighting for:
- Our own agreement Separate agreements for Professional staff and Academic staff, maintained
- A real pay rise A meaningful salary increase that goes above inflation
- AI protections Safeguards against Artificial Intelligence technologies and their impacts on job security, working conditions and employee wellbeing
- Reproductive leave Access in addition to the personal leave already available
