The Public Service Association is concerned about the levels of violence that our members experience in their workplace and will be campaigning to raise awareness of these issues and to achieve a safer workplace.
To achieve this, we need to have an accurate understanding of all of the issues that our members experience, beyond merely the raw statistical data that we can obtain from agencies such as Corrections Research and Evaluation Statistics (CRES). Statistical data can only show us the number of reported incidents and fails to address unreported issues or the seriousness and general details of each incident.
Therefore, we ask all of our members to complete this anonymous survey.
