Following member feedback and inconsistencies in role titles in the Corporate Services Phase 2 Draft Change Management, on Friday 26 August the PSA wrote to the Department seeking clarification about Role Descriptions.
Yesterday, Monday 29 August, the PSA received written confirmation that no Role Descriptions are being changed apart from the Director levels identified. The Department has written the PSA to advise some positions were retitled reflecting a return to substantive positions for those on temporary assignments, while others were retitled in error and will be corrected.
The PSA notes our members’ concerns about the suitability of some teams’ functional alignment within the proposed structure. This will be reflected in the PSA’s submission.
