Eligible Health and safety representatives and Deputy Health and safety representatives must have completed initial five-day Health and safety representative training with an approved provider more than 12 months ago. Under the WHS Act 2011, eligible Health and safety representatives are entitled to paid time and reasonable costs to attend annual refresher training.
