The Industrial Relations Commission of NSW today made the following order:

“The Public Service Association and Professional Officers’ Association Amalgamated Union of New South Wales, by its officers, employees and members employed in the New South Wales public sector are hereby directed to refrain from taking industrial action on 8 October 2012.”
