PSA Bulletin – Justice Flexible working hours agreement
PSA Bulletin – Justice Flexible working hours agreement – June 2016 (PDF version)
The PSA has been in negotiations with the NSW Department of Justice regarding its proposal for a single Flexible Working Hours Agreement (FWHA). Our previous bulletin can be seen HERE.
A copy of management’s draft agreement is HERE.
The PSA put our position to the Department. This was a non-exhaustive list of issues. A copy of those can be seen HERE.
We will be engaging members on issues that they have raised. Management has given preliminary responses only. Many of these responses are simply that it needs to go back to NSW Treasury. The negotiating committee will reconvene on 4 July.
Through meetings at Justice worksites, PSA Organisers are gathering feedback from members in an endeavour to fight for the best possible agreement which reflects members’ wishes.
Please make every effort to attend a meeting at your worksite and provide feedback. The PSA has a dedicated email address for members to provide any comments at
Alternatively, members can provide feedback to any of the delegates. See below for a list of the delegates on the committee:
