The Public Service Association (PSA) looks forward to joining you at the NSW Trustee and Guardian Leadership Conference on Thursday, 2 July 2026.
The PSA is currently focused on key issues including workloads and the work value case.
We recognise the important and often complex work carried out by staff and continue to advocate for appropriate recognition, along with measures to address workload pressures. Through ongoing consultation and engagement, we are working towards a shared goal of maintaining a sustainable, productive, and rewarding workplace for all employees.
We also welcome the opportunity to speak with non-members about the benefits of joining the union and how the PSA works to achieve fair pay, better conditions, and stronger workplace protections. If you are attending the conference, please stop by the PSA stand.
