Your workplace delegates have called a hybrid meeting for PSA members at the Royal Botanic Gardens (RBG).
Delegates will be providing updates, as well as discussing the survey and the recently announced Functional Review.
PSA Organiser Michael Parsons will be joining the meeting from Mt Annan, and will be available for all members and any interested non-members who would like to know more about our union.
Functional Review
The PSA is aware the agency held a town hall meeting Wednesday 27 May 2026 to announce a functional review. Your union holds serious concerns with a review of this nature framed as ‘working smarter’ in challenging economic circumstances may be a precursor to cuts. Your union is also concerned management would be engaging the services of highly paid consultants to undertake this work, despite the government’s commitment to reduce such spending.
Bring a non-member
Organisational change doesn’t only affect members, now is a good time to bring a non-member along to see the benefits of union membership.
