Enterprise Bargaining
The CPSU NSW is happy to inform members that Enterprise Bargaining meetings have officially concluded, and a final draft agreement has been produced. We are now undertaking a thorough compliance check, as well as proof-reading the draft.
We aim to complete this by July 28 2026 and would like to invite you to a meeting to discuss the final draft and gain members’ endorsement.
Release of Operational Sustainability Initiative Operating Model (tranche 2) Change Implementation Plans
Your union is aware of the release of the last tranche of Operational Sustainability Initiative Operating Model Change Implementation Plans. Final annual cost savings stands at $22.2 million, equating to 146.8 full-time equivalent positions.
The CPSU NSW will now actively monitor the implementation phase of these changes through a newly established Joint Consultative Committee (formerly the Implementation Committee) as part of the new Enterprise Agreement.
We continue to encourage any members whose roles are affected or have feedback or issues with the implementation of the Operating Model changes within their teams or work units to reach out to your delegates or union staff below.
We also invite you to join the members meeting where you can raise and discuss your concerns:
