Bulletin – Crown Solicitors Office – People Matter Survey 2019
On 20 June 2019 the PSA met with the CSO management to discuss a range of issues that have been brought to the PSA’s attention. At the foremost of these issues is that of concerns regarding workplace bullying and work overload.
With this year’s People Matter Survey soon drawing to a close, the PSA and the CSO strongly encourage all members to complete the Survey. The value of the Survey is proportionate to the amount of staff who complete it. To have a concise and accurate indication of work life at the CSO, it is necessary for as many staff as possible to complete and to express your opinion honestly.
The People Matter Survey concludes this Friday, 28 June 2019.
The PSA also wishes to remind staff of the coming members’ meeting on 3 July 2019 to debrief on the recent JCC.
