What we know
The 1 September 2019 Executive Structure seen HERE has changed with Their Future Matters integrated into the Strategy Policy and Commissioning area as the Stronger Communities Investment and Inclusion unit.
On 4 November 2019 the draft Organisational Structures and RMP will be released for consultation with the PSA and its members. Executive Directors will hold briefings with teams to deal with the proposed MOG changes and draft Org structures and change management plan.
What we want
Zero job cuts and the reduction of consultants and contractors to Zero in line with the Treasurers directive to NSW Public Sector Agencies.
The consultation period is an opportunity for members to make their views known on yet another restructure of an organisation that is already cut to the bone.
The opportunity for feedback ends on the 22 November 2019 with all submissions to be provided to the Board for consideration. Yes, PSA and Staff submissions to change this proposal will be heard and implemented if our voice is loud and clear.
The PSA will hold meetings over the next three weeks to gauge members’ views on these proposals. It is essential members attend meetings and forward their concerns to the PSA for the DCJ Board and MOG Consultative forums attention.
