Meetings were conducted on Friday 13th with Revenue NSW staff about “Customer Engagement Integration”. The PSA understands this issue is of major concern to members but Revenue Management did NOT advise us that the meetings were occurring.
The PSA has been advised that the following principles will apply:
- No regional job losses as per current government policy
- There will be no assessment process – staff will be directly appointed by way of transfer
- Minimum of at least salary maintenance as per the recent TMP re: Service NSW transitions.
Proper consultation will begin with the PSA in the New Year. The PSA’s position will be NO LOSS of salary, future earnings, or entitlements.
