State Training Services PSA Member Update

State Training Services PSA Member Update 19 May 2015 (PDF version)

With the current realignment, loss of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services contract and the decision to move STS from the Department of Education to the new Department of Industry, Skills and Regional Development there are a number of issues requiring consultation and negotiation with the union and its members.

Our current priorities:

  • Job Security
  • Ongoing realignment issues
  • Current Flexible Working Hours Agreement
  • Office Location/ Relocations
  • IT systems and support

On 19 May 2015 we started further negotiations with the Department of Education and STS senior management. A report back to members from this meeting will follow.

Over the next few weeks the PSA Education and Communities Organising Team will be arranging meetings in your workplace to provide all members with the opportunity to raise matters important to them.
