On 12 September the PSA was provided with a change management plan for the Investor Assurance branch of Infrastructure NSW including a staff consultation presentation SEE HERE
Consultation commenced with staff on the 12 September 2024 and will run until 25 September 2024. Whilst Infrastructure NSW insists there will be no Redundancies there will be impacts on a number of positions . Including some reductions and creation of new roles . There will be 3 stages for recruitment for impacted staff for the new structure.
Stage 1 – Direct Assignment
Stage 2 – Internal Suitability Assessment
Stage 3 – Workforce Mobility Placement Process
Stage 4 – External Recruitment if required.
