The PSA directs clerk grade 1/2s and General Scale Clerks to cease preparing wills and helping instruction for wills. The PSA also directs clerk grades 1/2 and General Scale Clerks not to undertake work that is outside their role or position description.

The PSA also directs all members, including supervisors, not to direct or request Grade 1/2 and General Scale Clerks to prepare or take instructions for Wills.
