Art Gallery of NSW Restructure – Members Update

Art Gallery of NSW Management has provided the PSA with an update as to the progress with the current Change Management Plan.

We have been advised that they received 32 comments on the proposed structure and that part of the delay in the revised CMP timeline has been due in part to that feedback.

The PSA is aware that staff in those roles that are impacted by the proposed structure are being contacted by Management and we expect that they will be able to provide the PSA with the actual proposed changes by Tuesday 27 February 2024, when the PSA will also meet with AGNSW Executive.

We understand that an all-staff meeting is also planned for that day, which we encourage members to attend, and that there will then be a further period of consultation on the final proposed CMP and further communications from the PSA to members will follow soon after.
