SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Application amended.
- All documents (excluding all draft versions of documents) concerning the Federal Government’s proposed Paid Parental Leave Scheme, including but not limited to:
- letters;
- report briefings;
- meeting minutes;
- cost of economic evaluations; and
- emails (limited to emails between the Commonwealth and the Treasury).
- All documents held by NSW Treasury about how the Federal Government’s proposed Paid Parental Leave Scheme will displace existing entitlements for NSW public servants in relation to maternity leave and paid parental leave.
