SUMMARY OF REQUEST:

Application amended to:

  1. All documents concerning the Federal Government’s proposal Paid Parental Leave Scheme, including but not limited to: letters, report briefings, meeting minutes cost of economic evaluations, and emails between the Commonwealth and the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
  1. All documents held by the department about how the Federal Government proposed Parental Leave Scheme will displace existing entitlements for NSW public servants in relation to maternity leave and paid parental leave.
  1. The Association excludes all draft versions of documents from the scope of our application.
