Home Care action survey closes Monday – have you had your say?
Home Care action survey closes Monday. Have you had your say bulletin – November 2015 (PDF version)
PSA members in Home Care have been placing bans on administrative tasks to fight for genuine protections of jobs and conditions following the transfer. We commend members for staying strong in this fight by following their union’s direction.
Members now get the opportunity to have a say in what steps are taken next. Have your say in whether you continue and/or escalate the actions, to try and change FACS’ position.
The survey closes on Monday 16 November 2015.
Make sure you have YOUR SAY IN WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.
Have you switched to direct debit? Make sure you are protected during the transfer!
Your Union, the PSA, will be supporting all financial members through the negotiations, as well as if an individual issue arises during the transfer; such as your leave balances, pay or if any conditions specific to your role are not honoured.
Make sure you’re not left without union support during the transfer. If you have not yet switched to direct debit of your PSA fees, now is the time to ensure you have PSA protection prior to, during and after you transfer.
Make the switch now
