The MUA has had a significant win in the dispute with Hutchison. Yesterday members voted up an enterprise agreement that involves about 65 workers taking voluntary redundancy, at double the rate in the original agreement.
The return of workers will ramp up over the next week or two as work at the port also increases. During this time the Community Assembly will continue.
