On behalf of the PSA, I want to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all our dedicated members across Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Local Land Services and the Reconstruction Authority NSW who are currently under deployment or will be in the nest few days to aid the communities of NSW Northern Rivers and Mid North Coast in preparation and recovery for Tropical Cyclone Alfred.

We understand that many of you, who also reside in the Northern Rivers and Mid North Coast, are leaving your families to support and protect your communities during this time. Your selflessness and commitment to duty are truly commendable, and we want you to know how deeply we value your efforts.

Once again, our members are being called to go above and beyond in the line of duty over the next few days. Please take all necessary precautions to stay safe and remember that the PSA recognizes and thanks you for your unwavering dedication to keeping us safe.
