Join the PSA’S Claim For Back Pay From The Office Of The Director Of Public Prosecutions – EOI Extended

On 1 July 2024, the PSA sent out a bulletin advising members that is preparing an unfair contract application to the Industrial Court of New South Wales on behalf of ODPP solicitors who have forfeited flex or worked unpaid overtime. You can read that bulletin here [link to 1 July ODPP bulletin.

The PSA have extended the time for members to indicate their interest in joining the proceedings to 5 pm on Friday, 19 July 2024.
