The Public Service Association (PSA) has been notified of a proposed restructure in EnergyCo and understands a town hall meeting was held on Thursday 19 February 2026.

The PSA understands this current change is part of EnergyCo’s efforts to comply with the NSW Government direction to reduce the number of senior executives. While there are no proposed cuts to non-executive staff, we understand approximately 30 staff will be realigned in the proposed structure.

EnergyCo is aware of its obligations to consult meaningfully on organisational change. Consultation is open for a period of three weeks, and closes on Thursday 12 March.
