NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water: Water Group Functional Review Stage 2 announced

The Public Service Association has been invited to an in-person briefing on proposed changes in NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) – Water Group at 9am, Monday 23 March. At this stage the PSA has no information regarding the nature of the changes.

The PSA is aware directly impacted staff are being invited to confidential individual and group meetings early in the week with an all-staff town hall scheduled for Thursday 26 March per communications sent to staff.

PSA Industrial Officer Michael Sinclair and PSA Organiser Michael Parsons will be in 4PSQ on Monday to support members.

You are entitled to a support person in your one-on-one meetings with management regarding this proposed change. If you are directly impacted and would like a support person please contact your PSA Delegates, or the PSA staff on the details below.

Management are aware of their obligations to consult meaningfully on organisational change and have already announced consultation will run for 4 weeks from Thursday 26.

The PSA will be engaging our members regularly throughout this period, please keep your eye out for a meeting notice in the coming days.
