Celebrate SAS Staff Recognition Week
31 August 2015 – 4 September 2015
“Our jobs, Your children, Their future”
Every year your union, the PSA organises Recognition Week to acknowledge the vital role SAS staff play in schools across NSW. It is that time of year again: time to celebrate the fantastic work you do.
SAS staff are the backbone of the great work being done as modern schools step up to the challenges of educating students in this century and meeting the demands of an ever-changing world.
Recognition Week is an opportunity for your principal and the school community to show their appreciation to SAS staff members who play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of our schools.
This includes:
- administrative managers
- administrative officers
- school learning support officers
- aboriginal education officers
- general assistants.
This year’s theme is:
School Administrative & Support Staff:
“Our jobs – Your children -Their future”
SASS Recognition Week is a PSA initiative.
Let us know what your school is doing for SASS Recognition Week. Are you having a morning tea, lunch or a night out?
Send photos to me [email protected].They may be published in the next edition of Red Tape edition, with your approval.
Please let me know as I can organise a visit to your school if you would like to share your celebration.
Take this great opportunity to talk to a colleague about the value of being a PSA member and ask them to join.
