Schools Performance Development ban update

Schools Performance Development ban update – August 2016 (PDF version)

The Department has written to the PSA about the union ban on all activities relating to performance development and invited us to meet to attempt to resolve the issues in dispute.

In addition, they have asked us to lift the ban while we try to resolve the issues in dispute.

Please see bulletin HERE of 27 July 2016 for more detail on the unresolved issues.

Your schools DC delegates have also asked that the PSA lift the ban. The PSA is interested in hearing your views on this proposal. We request a response to the question below.

Question requiring your action:

Do you support lifting the ban on performance development activities to allow a further attempt for the parties to resolve the issues in dispute? Yes/No
