DTIRIS Flexible Working Hours Agreement Ballot - Public Service Association

DTIRIS Flexible Working Hours Agreement Ballot

As per the PSA’s previous advice to the membership in DTIRIS the negotiations on a single Flexible Work Hours Agreement (FWHA) in DTIRIS have been concluded. Members should have had sufficient time in which to review the Proposed Flexible Working Hours Agreement – DTIRIS and other supporting materials that have been made available on the DTIRIS Intranet http://intranet.trade.nsw.gov.au/working/hours.

The PSA is now putting the proposed FWHA to a ballot of the membership which will conclude by cob Friday 18 October 2013. You will be asked to identify yourself, work location and divisions in order for the PSA to establish your credentials and validity to vote in this ballot. This information will be kept confidential.

Should this proposed FWHA be rejected; the default conditions from clause 21 of the CROWN EMPLOYEES (PUBLIC SERVICE CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT) AWARD 2009 will be applied, which are less favourable.

The PSA is advising the membership to vote “Yes” for the proposed FWHA.
