By joining the PSA, you will have someone to support you if you are mistreated by your employer at work.

The PSA covers all staff employed by NSW Members of Parliament. No matter what party a PSA member works for, they will receive their union’s support if they feel their employer has bullied them in the workplace.

Union membership is confidential. Your employer does not need to know you are a PSA member. The decision to join the PSA is yours and is not conditional on your employer’s political beliefs.
