The PSA was provided with a draft flexible working hours agreement 2024 for consultation and seeks your feedback. Please see the document HERE

The Department is seeking a meeting with the PSA NSW on a date to be determined to discuss the draft flex agreement. This document is intended to consolidate flex time arrangements due to historical machinery of government changes.

While there is no implementation date agreed on as yet, the agreement  will replace other local flexible working hours practices.

The PSA is happy to organise a workplace visit or members meeting to discuss any concerns and if necessary request an extension of the consultation period.
