The PSA has been contacted by members in Environment Protection Authority (EPA) regarding the mobility matching process. The PSA understands staff are being matched to external roles before the EPA has exhausted the internal process. The PSA was of the understanding that the EPA would seek to match staff on the mobility program to internal vacancies in the first instance.

The EPA committed in a meeting with the PSA and again at the Industrial Relations Commission that there were now more vacancies than staff on the mobility program, as outlined in our last bulletin.

The PSA has requested an urgent meeting with EPA management to discuss this issue and will update our members with the outcome of that meeting.
