Fair Trading PSA members’ meeting: Industrial Relations Commission report back
On Wednesday 4 February 2026, the PSA appeared before Commissioner Muir in the Industrial Relations Commission (IRC) for a scheduled report back between the PSA and Customer Service NSW regarding the Fair Trading restructure dispute.
The matter is listed for a further report back before the Commission on Wednesday 18 February 2026.
All PSA members are invited to attend this meeting to hear where the dispute is up to, and next steps.
