We are now in the process of amping up our activities and we are asking you to help out were you can.
The next step in the Public Sector Needs a Pay Rise Campaign is the Members Day of Action on Friday 27 May 2022. On this day Delegates from across the state and representing all Agencies will be meeting in Sydney for our Annual Delegates Conference. While Conference debates the next steps forward in our Campaign, ALL PSA/CPSUNSW members are being asked show their support of a decent pay and solidarity with each other by:
- Wearing a campaign badge to work
- Wearing a campaign shirt to work
- Downloading a campaign flyer and taking a selfie of you and your mates
- Asking a non-member to join in on the campaign by joining the PSA/CPSU NSW
- Using one of these backgrounds in Zoom/Teams or other videoconference meetings.
An ALL Member meeting will be held at 12:30pm via Zoom. At this meeting, the General Secretary will update you on the outcomes of Conference.
The link to register and these details will be sent to all members shortly.
It is critical that as many members as possible attend this Zoom meeting, as well as supporting each other by participating in one or all of the above actions.
Anne Kennelly, Senior Campaigns Organiser, will be coordinating making up kits for you to distribute in your worksites. Please email her directly at advising her how many badges, shirts, stickers and posters you need, and where you would like items dropped off or posted.
