Higher Duties Work – are you getting the right pay?

The PSA is committed to ensuring that all staff are fairly compensated for the work they perform.

We are looking to identify any instances where staff members are working in higher duties roles but are not receiving appropriate pay for their work for example. The PSA have had reports of DSR’s working up as CSR’s and concierges without the corresponding increase in pay.
