Unions NSW is conducting the NSW Public Sector Worker Survey 2024 and we are asking you to participate. This is different to the survey that was sent out in the beginning of the week, that was specific to PSA members for the current Salaries dispute.

Over the past year, the way public sector workers negotiate for better pay and conditions has changed significantly.

The survey is seeking the views of public sector workers like you on pay and conditions, the quality and resourcing of the essential services you provide and your outlook on the future of your workplace.
