PSA Advised of Community Services Supervisory and Ancillary Review

The Public Service Association has been briefed on a current review of supervisory and ancillary allocations. We have not been provided any detail or specifics other than that there is a district by district review of Manager Casework, Manager Client Services, Service Support Managers and Senior Customer Service Officer roles.

This review is meant to bring about a ratio of 1 Manager Casework to 6.5 Caseworkers as well as equalling out ancillary staff.

As we get more information, we will provide regular updates and will arrange members meetings for any potential staff impacted.

We want to assure members that we will actively represent your interests and will be there to support you both collectively, as well as on an individual basis, throughout any proposed changes. For now members can be certain that whatever happens, the PSA has your back.
