PSA Schools Recognition Week 2025: Delivering Excellence in Schools

PSA Schools Recognition Week: 1-5 September 2025

It’s not long now until PSA Schools Recognition Week kicks off, where the union promotes the wonderful work you do and encourages the school community to recognise you and thank you.

The PSA first launched PSA Schools Recognition Week in the early 2000s, since that time we have grown this amazing celebration of our members in schools to bring all classifications together to celebrate the vital role you have delivering excellence for your school communities.

If your Principal, teaching staff or P&C haven’t got anything planned yet, let them know Recognition Week is coming up soon so they can plan a thank you for all the non-teaching staff at your school.

Invite everyone along and your PSA Organiser!

Don’t forget to invite everyone from the General Assistant, Farm Assistants, School Psychologist, Student Support Officer, Aboriginal Education Officers, all the Administrative Staff, Learning Support Officers, SAOs working in science, the library and food tech, and any Community Liaison Officers that might work at your school as well as any other support staff working with you.

Email us at with RECOGNITION WEEK EVENT in the subject line if you would like your organiser to attend.
