SAS Staff Bulletin – LMBR workload survey

SAS Staff Bulletin – LMBR Workload Survey – 24 April 2015 (PDF version)

Throughout Term 1 the PSA has been engaging with members in the 229 schools about the ongoing issues with LMBR.

Your responses have informed our negotiations with the Department and resulted in the following wins:

1. Postponement of further readiness & deployment;
2. Implementation of an additional help desk.

We are pleased with this progress, however the issue of increased workloads and the resulting unpaid additional hours worked, because of the LMBR roll out, has not yet been addressed.

The PSA wrote to the Department again about this, and other important issues on 27 March, 2015. You can read our letter here

The Department has not yet responded to this letter, and as such, we are now requesting an urgent response.

In the meantime, you can help the PSA progress the claim for real recognition of the additional hours worked by filling out the short survey on the workload impacts of LMBR.

We will keep you updated as things progress.
