Each year as a PSA member, you are entitled to 12 days of paid leave to undertake Trade Union Training.

On the 29 May, the PSA is running the “Meeting and Negotiation Skills” course – this helps you to run meetings smoothly and efficiently (Union and non-union), and also develops your negotiating skills, allowing you to tip the balance of power by learning to be an effective negotiator. This course is aimed at delegates or workplace activists, but would benefit any member.
