We need you! Become a PSA Delegate
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Office of Children’s Guardian (OCG) was held online via MS Teams on 27 May 2021.
A key component of the AGM is the election of your OCG PSA Delegates.
At the meeting there was insufficient members in attendance to proceed with election of workplace Delegates.
We are now calling for Delegates to nominate via the link below and encourage members from across the workplace to get involved and add their experience to the team. If you have ever thought about getting involved in your union, now is the time!
We strongly encourage members to nominate and become a Delegate on the OCG team:
- To have a say in how your union is run and be a part of a collective effort to improve your rights at work
- Build strength on the ground to advance and protect staff interests.
Delegates are the voice of your workplace. You will work directly with your Organiser and Industrial Officer to advocate for your colleagues at OCG. Elected delegates will be provided with training and support from PSA staff and also have additional protection under the Award.
We are calling for five workplace delegates. You can nominate easily through this link:

Nominations close on Tuesday 20 July.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further you can contact your PSA Organiser Simone Scalmer directly via email .
