PSA Delegates continue to work with the executive and Quality Assurance teams to address member concerns with the Workload Management Template (WMT) Dashboard. The executive remains committed to improving the system’s functionality while recognising the dynamic nature of operational priorities and risk.

As a result, we are pleased to report that with the training session due to be run this Wednesday 23 July by Quality Assurance, they will be demonstrating additional functionality that has been added to the Dashboard.

This functionality has been reviewed by your delegates with the feedback being that the need for manual spreadsheets is not required as data is available for your work scheduling and planning requirements.

We strongly advise that you attend this training, and we want to thank the Community Corrections executive for working with our delegates and encouraging the members to push for improved functionality and encouraging future consultation.
