During the second half of last year, your union, the PSA CPSU NSW became aware of an increase in the number of members requesting help and support through the Member Support Centre.

Due to the increase in demand and in order to support more members, we are trialing longer opening hours for the phone line 1800 772 679. During the trial, members with concerns in relation to industrial matters will be able to contact Member Support on 1800 772 679 between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
