Delegates and PSA staff attended a recent Workplace Group meeting where members expressed some concern and frustration with the SAP HR Payroll system.

If members are experiencing difficulty, faults or errors within the system please log ALL incidents with EdConnect.  Please ensure that when you log an incident you get an Incident Number.

Please log all issues large and small, problems can only be resolved if they are reported and the Department can see how widespread a problem is by the number of reports they receive about the same issue.
