Members have informed the PSA that Environment Protection Authority (EPA) admin staff are being asked to take part in interviews with Weir Consulting regarding the Admin Review. The EPA has advised the PSA these interviews are designed to examine the EPA’s current functions and processes to inform the agency’s recommendations.
While members may wish to take the meetings as an opportunity to inform the process and provide meaningful feedback, the PSA advises that these interviews are not mandatory and that staff may opt out if they wish to. Options should also be provided to either participate individually or in a group to suit the preferences of staff.
