Critical roles: what is a critical role?

PMES Results: the PSA has been advised individual members have been spoken to by some managers regarding PMES survey.

Stress and anxiety: caused by inadequate staffing and high expectations.

A meeting has been scheduled with the EPA CEO, Friday 18 November to address your concerns.

The PSA encourages all members to attend this meeting to discuss your concerns and provide feedback to discuss with EPA senior management.

The PSA is concerned by reports that senior management are holding one-on-one meetings with staff about the PMES results. The PSA is of the view this could be bullying and intimidation.

If you are approached by senior management to discuss your PMES Survey responses, please notify your PSA Organiser Michael Parsons at immediately.
