As you know the roll out of the new HR system has been rescheduled with Release 4 now to go live on 8 November 2018. This will provide the opportunity for required improvements to the training and system.

This outcome was achieved by the PSA because we were able to communicate loud and clear to the Department, the overwhelming negative feedback from members about the impact of Release 3.

Even though the next release is rescheduled, we are very aware that release 3 schools continue to experience problems.

The Department has committed to work with the PSA to address these issues.

To make sure your specific issues are dealt with we ask members now working with the new HR payroll system in Release 3 to complete the attached survey.

Again we understand the pressures on your time but we rely on your feedback to identify the things that need to be fixed and argue for the need for this to occur.

The attached Survey Monkey is brief and contains questions on specific technical and operational issues, including the stability of the system and support.
