Working From Home and return to HPCA offices: PSA seeks urgent consultation

The PSA is aware that it was announced that up to 50 per cent of staff would be expected to return to the office from 25 October 2021. Many members at the Health Professional Councils Authority (HPCA) have raised concerns with the union around timing, lack of consultation and non-compliance with the current Public Health Order.

The PSA has urgently sought advice from Ministry of Health Human Resources representatives for HCPA, as well as ongoing genuine consultation around plans to return to offices.

The union will support members both collectively, and those with individual personal circumstances, to ensure the process of graduated return to offices between now and 1 December is fair, safe and takes into account the views of PSA members.

Do you know someone who still needs to join the PSA?  Forward this to your colleagues
