The PSA is in discussions with the State Government to secure a fair pay rise for our members from 1 July 2023.

With many of you struggling, we have let the State Government know how important it is that all our members receive a fair pay rise this year.

We are confident that after the 25 March election result, NSW once again has a Premier who is listening to your union.

Going forward, the State Government has vowed to return the Industrial Relations Commission to its role as an independent umpire, determining your wages and conditions, rather than them being a political football for the government of the day.

We will keep members informed as negotiations continue.
