The Award that sets your pay and conditions is up for renegotiation before it expires this year. This means that members have an ability to have a say in what will be included in the log of claims. Due to the fantastic results we have received in the past, we will once again be conducting a survey of our membership to ensure we can best represent their interests in negotiations. Although the position of the Combined Transport Unions (CTU) is that negotiations with TfNSW should wait until after the NSW election on 25 March 2023, Unions NSW has invited members to attend a combined meeting on Friday 17 March 2023 to obtain endorsement of the combined log of claims in preparation for negotiations with TfNSW. As PSA members, you will be able to access special leave to attend this event.

The event will have keynote speakers, workshops and will focus on issues most pertinent to TfNSW workers. This means that members can put forward suggestions about what will be included in your new awards.
