PSA Supports CSNSW Service and Program Redesign Survey: Due 10 July

If you are part of the Service and Program redesign changes, you have been requested to undertake a survey on your experiences with the changes.

The PSA supports this survey as it gives Members an opportunity to table concerns, questions and suggestions, and for the PSA to work with the Department in advocating for you.

We met with AC Jennifer Galouzis on 4 of July who confirmed the following:

The findings will be shared with senior management of Strategy and Policy and will be used to inform efforts to improve the operation of the new model through further training, communications, or staff support.

 High level findings from this survey will be shared back with you. Care will be taken not to identify any individual responses. Responses by centre and role will not be shared with centre or region leadership. The intention of the survey is to understand the implementation of the new model and will not be used to assess staff performance in any way. The survey incorporates feedback from PSA state delegates.

The survey will close on Wednesday 10 July.
