The PSA continues to fight for a fair and equitable Performance Development Program (PDP)

The PSA has fought long and hard to ensure any performance development program implemented in Family and Community Services (FACS) is fair, equitable and works in the interest of staff.

Your union has recently written to FACS highlighting continued shortcomings in the design, support for and implementation of the PDP. Due to these issues, the PSA’s position is that we cannot endorse the implementation of the Agency’s Performance Development program at this time.
